Call of Duty: Vanguard gets trailer focused on its narrative

Call of Duty is one of the most successful first person shooter franchises in the entire video game world in terms of storytelling and multiplayer modes, the biggest success being Call of Duty: Warzone, a battle royale mode of the franchise, which already has over 100 million players in total.

On August 19, Activision hosted an event inside Call of Duty: Warzone where it finally revealed the new Call of Duty: Vanguard, a title that takes place again during World War II and promises to be superior and better than the original Call of Duty: WWII from 2028.

Now, Activision is releasing a trailer focused on the title's narrative and this one explores the main characters of the title as well, giving players a greater insight into what they can expect on October 5 when the title hits stores.

As it is already known and can be seen in the trailer above, the new Call of Duty: Vanguard, produced by Sledgehammer, takes us all back to the origin of the franchise, the 2nd World War, and this intends to show a new side and a new reality of it, showing all its essence in all its great fronts and allowing players to live them more closely.

It also shows that the narrative will focus on the origins of Allied special forces and, more particularly, a special operations squad consisting of British paratrooper Arthur Kingsley, Russian sharpshooter Palina Petrova, American pilot Wade Jackson and Australian Lieutenant Lucas Riggs.

In addition to telling the story of these brave and brave soldiers who will risk everything for those who cannot fight and survive on their own, the narrative of Call of Duty: Vanguard also aims to represent and show players the view of civilians in the war. Activision's developer wants to show how the conflict affected the lives of non-combatants in World War II.

Despite not being the most anticipated by fans, the new Call of Duty: Vanguard looks better and brutal every time, coming to the hands of lovers of this great first person shooters franchise on November 5 this year to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows PC via the Battle.net online store.
